Tuberclosis

I met doc last month and he has confirmed that i got Tuberclosis or TIBI...
I kinda shocked at first because i still remembered that i received TB injection when i was 12....i thought that when we've been protected by that virus, we won't get it anymore..but i was totally wrong...doc said constant breathing or sharing the same air with ppl who had that disease can affect us...

Tuberculosis is spread through the air, when people who have the disease cough, sneeze, or spit. Most infections in human beings will result in asymptomatic, latent infection, and about one in ten latent infections will eventually progress to active disease, which, if left untreated, kills more than half of its victims. The classic symptoms of tuberculosis are a chronic cough with blood-tinged sputum, fever, night sweats, and weight loss. Infection of other organs causes a wide range of symptoms.

Treatment for TB uses antibiotics to kill the bacteria. The two antibiotics most commonly used are rifampicin and isoniazid. However, instead of the short course of antibiotics typically used to cure other bacterial infections, TB requires much longer periods of treatment (around 6 to 12 months) to entirely eliminate mycobacteria from the body.[7] Latent TB treatment usually uses a single antibiotic, while active TB disease is best treated with combinations of several antibiotics, to reduce the risk of the bacteria developing antibiotic resistance.[59] People with latent infections are treated to prevent them from progressing to active TB disease later in life.

So...i am in medication for 6 mnts which caused i cannot get pregnant from now until am fully recovered...when i wrote this article, i have 5 mnths to go!

Raya 2009

Selamat Hari Raya & Maaf Zahir Batin.. :D

We went back to Gombak spending 3 nites there before proceed to Kuantan.
My activities with Nadzir on raya eve:-
a) Insert $$ in the packet
b) Bake butter cake!....As to date, i think i baked nearly 4 cakes...huh...
c) arrange cookies - found out nadiah's chocolate chip cookies were lovely..nyum nyum...nak lagi laaa....

During Hari raya, we had Lontong, rendang & kuah kacang..ops lupe ade lemang which cost rm20 each..wow...mahal betul lemang KL nih..

Our theme colour is Maroon... :)

At Kuantan our Hari Raya celebration kinda gloomy due to my cousin past away recently due to liver cancer...Al fatihah...
