Exercise day!

It has been a while that i don't really sweat as in playing sports..at first, i don't really care people keep calling me 'Tembam'..but when i see myself, especially in the pictures..oh my gosh..i think i need to do something with my body!
I tried fasting every monday n thursday..but it was not working as people surrounding me loves to eat especially FARHAN! oooo..i hate him!..hahahhaha..
Then, i tried not to eat rice..but i replace it with all those Goreng pisang, cekodok laa, keropok laa..still not working!
At this time, how i wish that i can go to GYM! Unfortunately, there is no Gym here in Segamat..sedihkan!
I guess Gym is not an issue here..because it's still come back to urself..am i right?

Yesterday we went to play badminton at SK Dato Wan Idris..it was fun until my muscle was pain this morning..I am NOT a good player, but i able to sweat a lot..thanks to my collegue..hope that this game won't end yesterday..
Let's play to get fit n slim!

p/s: After playing games, we went to MC DONALD for supper! hahahahhaha..bole kurus ke nih???
