Opulenia....we want!

Still in progress of processing loan....
a) HSBC - able to give 80% of total loan...meaning we have to fine rm60k for the downpayment...hmmm...EPF baru jer 15k++ aiyoo...
b) Maybank - hopefully??
c) CIMB - our last choice!

Oh mine...i'm not soo sure it is a high time for us to buy a house?? Do we have enuff money to pay monthly??

But, i really love OPULENIA

erm.. kalo 60k baik beli harga bumiputera.. ari tu kite decide nak amek arge non-bumi just bcoz of low downpayment.. kan kan?

anyway.. once decision has been made.. it becomes responsibility.. no turning back.. no regret.. insya allah rumah tu cepat naik regenye.. though pain in the ass, it's a kind of force saving for you guys.. ;)

Hilal...we managed to get 90% loan from MAYBANK n CIMB...so, it's up to ajay on which bank to choose..i think maybank kot... :)

By the way we did signed S&P for the house!!!! huhuhuhu
